Process Safety Management - assist clients to comply with all aspects of the OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) federal regulation (29 CFR 1910.119), and the Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations, Section 5189 (8 CCR 5189). This includes providing assistance with conducting Process Hazard Analysis, Pre-Startup Safety Reviews, Emergency Response Planning, Safety Training, and Management of Change process.

Process Hazard Analysis - facilitate PHAs using various techniques, including HAZOP, What-If, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), to help ensure the safe, efficient operations and maintainability of manufacturing facilities.

Risk Management Planning - assist clients to comply with EPA Risk Management Planning (RMP) federal regulations (40 CFR Part 68) as well as CalARP (California Accidential Release Prevention) program. Perform consequence analyses, and other required quantitative risk analyses.

Compliance Reviews - assist with facility compliance reviews. Participate in in-house reviews or conduct independent audits.

Security Vulnerability Assessments - facilitate reviews of site and transportation safety and security vulnerabilities, as well as perform product vulnerabilities analysis throughout the value chain.

Business Process Assessments - review core business processes using various continuous improvement architectures, e.g. the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award criteria, Total Quality Management or Six Sigma. These processes examines the organization in several dimensions from leadership and strategic planning to business results.

Business Process Redesign - help firms redesign core business processes based on the results of assessments, to optimize business results, e.g., strategic capital management, new product development, strategy development and management, marketing and sales management, and supply chain optimization.
